  • Fitness after pregnancy –  A coach can empower you with the necessary knowledge about the changes your body undergoes during pregnancy and post-pregnancy.  Evaluate your post-pregnancy fitness levels, and provide specific exercises to improve the strength of your abdomen and pelvic floor. 
  • Running training – A coach can assess your current running style, provide tips and recommendations to reduce injuries, and improve your running performance. Helps you setup your running goals, provide a customized plan, and coach you to help you meet your goals.
